RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

Our Return Policy for Jewellery items are split into different categories based on pre-made stock items and made to order items.

 

3D printed resin samples: Ships in 2-4 days

These items are final sale. They are not eligible for a refund, exchange or credit.

With free shipping, you can conveniently try on the piece in the comfort of your own home. Plus, when you decide to purchase the item in silver or gold, the cost of the 3d print will be applied as credit voucher code towards your made to order purchase of that specific item.

Category 1: Ships in 14-21 days (2-3 week items)

It allows for an exchange or credit note within 14 days of the item being dispatched to you. A full refund is only applicable if there is manufacturing faults, or a wrong size has been ordered and we do not have the size to exchange for. A change of mind does not guarantee a refund, credit note or exchange.

Category 2: Ships in 6-8 weeks

These items are final sale. They are not eligible for a refund, exchange or credit. As these items are made to order, manufacturing materials and/or gemstones have been purchased to order which cannot be refunded. If you have purchased a ring and it's too big or small, we can offer a resizing service depending on the style and make. Resizing will incur a fee.

Category 3: Ships in 8-12 weeks & Bespoke Creations

These items are final sale. They are not eligible for a refund, exchange or credit. As these items are made to order, manufacturing materials and/or gemstones have been purchased to order which cannot be refunded. If you have purchased a ring and it's too big or small, we can offer a resizing service depending on the style and make. Resizing will incur a fee.

To be eligible for a return or exchange, the following conditions must be met:

 

1. The item must be in its original condition, unused and undamaged.

​

2. The item must be returned in its original packaging, with all the accompanying materials such as certificates of authenticity, warranties, and instructions.

​

3. You must provide us with a valid proof of purchase, such as a copy of the original invoice or receipt.

​

4. If you have purchased the wrong ring size and it is not a custom half or 1/4 size, please reach out to customer service and we can guide you on how it can be re-sized. Please note that any custom-made or personalised jewellery items are not eligible for return or exchange. Resizing will incur additional fees.

To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team by email support@cohar.com.au and provide us with your order number and the reason for the return.

Once your return is approved, you will receive instructions on how to return the item to us.

​

Once we receive the returned item and verify that it meets the above conditions, we will issue a credit or process the exchange, as requested. Refunds will be made in the original form of payment.

Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is defective, or the return is a result of our error.

If we organise a shipping label for your return, the cost will be deducted from your credit, exchange or refund.

​

Restocking fee: There may be a re-stocking fee charged for any item exchanged or returned. Due to the nature of jewellery, it needs to be cleaned, sanitized and reviewed upon return. Any defects may incur a refurbish & re-stocking fee. 

SHIPPING OF EXCHANGES, RETURNS OR REPAIRS

When sending your piece, ensure that all of your details, including your original order number and return address are included.

 

If you are returning a piece for resize, please ensure the new size is included and has been accurately measured. We recommend using a courier service with full insurance to return your piece.

 

Please ensure the shipment requires a signature on delivery and the piece is adequately packed and padded. We will not accept any liability if the piece is damaged in transit due to poor packaging. We will let you know once we have received your piece, to give you an indication of any predicted cost involved, as well as an expected turnaround timeframe.
