RETURNS & REFUND POLICY

We want you to love your jewellery. If something isn’t quite right, please contact us and we’ll do our best to help.

Because many of our pieces are made to order, our return policy varies depending on the type of item.

Australian Consumer Law

We comply with the Australian Consumer Law.

You are entitled to a refund, repair, or replacement if an item:

  • Is faulty or defective

  • Is not as described

  • Is significantly different from what was shown or discussed

  • Is unsafe

These rights apply regardless of any other terms outlined below.

Ready-to-Ship Pieces

Items listed as Ready to Ship may be returned or exchanged within 14 days of delivery.

Items must be:

  • Unworn and in original condition

  • Returned in original packaging

  • Accompanied by proof of purchase

Refunds are subject to a 10% restocking fee.
This fee is waived if the item is exchanged or issued as store credit.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty.

Made-to-Order Pieces

Pieces that are made to order (including standard gold or gemstone variations) are considered final sale for change-of-mind returns.

This is because materials and gemstones are sourced specifically for your order.

  • We do not accept returns or refunds for change of mind

  • Orders cannot be cancelled once production has commenced

If a ring arrives and the size is not correct, we can assist with resizing where the design allows. Resizing fees may apply.

This does not affect your rights under Australian Consumer Law.

Bespoke & Custom Jewellery

All bespoke, customised, or personalised pieces are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged for change of mind.

These pieces are uniquely created for you and cannot be resold.

This does not affect your rights under Australian Consumer Law.

3D Print Samples

3D printed samples are final sale and cannot be returned.

However, the cost of the sample will be credited toward the purchase of the finished piece in precious metal.
